Create the private endpoint and secret in QR Rx, copy the prepared message into Mangomint chat support, and run one test checkout. QR Rx checks the result before patient drafts are accepted.

The important part: Mangomint support does the technical setup.
Mangomint officially supports appointment, completed-sale, and form events, but its support team configures the outgoing webhook. See Mangomint's official webhook documentation. Mangomint also says that beginning August 1, 2026, previously paid integration add-ons such as Webhooks are included for active customers under its new single-plan pricing.
1. Create the connection in QR Rx
You are working in QR Rx for this step.
Open Settings → Integrations and select Mangomint.
Choose the matching QR Rx location.
Save the generated webhook secret in your password manager, then click Create Mangomint setup.
Copy the private endpoint, header name, saved secret, and certified payload sample shown on the connection card.
Share the saved webhook secret only through your authenticated Mangomint support chat so it can be installed as the security header. Never put it in email, a public ticket, or a screenshot.
2. Ask Mangomint to configure the webhook
You are working in Mangomint chat support for this step. Copy and send this message through your authenticated support chat:
Hi Mangomint Support,
Please enable the Webhooks integration for our account and configure a custom webhook for QR Rx.
Event: Sale completed
Endpoint URL: [PASTE THE QR RX URL HERE]
Security header: X-QR-Rx-Mangomint-Secret
Header value: [PASTE THE SAVED WEBHOOK SECRET HERE]
Location(s): [LIST THE APPROVED LOCATIONS]
QR Rx requires its qrrx.mangomint.v1 payload contract, including stable event, sale, location, client, and performed-service IDs. I can provide the sample JSON shown in QR Rx. Please confirm whether this contract can be delivered, then let us know when it is ready for one controlled test checkout. Thank you.
The endpoint is unique to your connection. Do not substitute another clinic's URL or post it in a public ticket.
3. Run one controlled checkout
You are back in the normal Mangomint calendar and checkout for this step.
Create a test client using contact details controlled by your clinic.
Book a recognizable service at one approved location.
Complete checkout normally in Mangomint.
Open Care Feed in QR Rx and locate the pending test delivery.
QR Rx verifies the secret, event identity, client fields, performed-service IDs, and location.
Map each performed service to its exact template, or choose No aftercare, skip automatically.
Confirm the proposed template and exact message preview, choose text or email, then turn on Automatic sending. Routine eligible visits will use that channel; exceptions stay in Care Feed.
Activation checklist
Mangomint confirms the webhook feature is enabled.
The completed-sale event reaches the private QR Rx endpoint.
The event contains a stable ID that prevents duplicate drafts.
The client, performed service, checkout time, and location are mapped correctly.
Product, gift-card, package, and membership purchases do not create aftercare drafts.
A repeated delivery does not create a second draft.
Automatic sending is enabled only after the controlled payload passes and mappings are approved.
Unmapped, incomplete, multi-service, and failed deliveries remain visible in Care Feed.
If the test does not pass
No event reaches QR Rx
Ask Mangomint support to confirm the event name, endpoint URL, selected locations, and whether the webhook is active.
The event arrives without enough client or service information
QR Rx will keep the connection inactive. We will request an adjusted payload or approved lookup method instead of creating an incomplete draft.
The wrong location is selected
Do not reuse the endpoint across brands. Each QR Rx connection should be mapped to the approved Mangomint location or location group.
Need setup help?
Open QR Rx support and choose the pilot program topic. Include the clinic, location, and approximate test time, but never include patient information or credentials.
