What to expect

- Keep a daily log of symptoms and medication times
Monitoring
- Log any seizure activity: time, duration, and severity
- Ensure fresh water is always available
- Feed consistent, measured meals at regular times
Adjustment Period
- Continue all medications without interruption
- Watch for improvement in symptoms
- Recheck appointment as scheduled for bloodwork or monitoring
When to call your provider or 911
- •Call your care team today if you notice: Sudden collapse or loss of consciousness
- •Call your care team today if you notice: Rapid weight loss or complete appetite loss
- •Call your care team today if you notice: Persistent vomiting or diarrhea
- •Call your care team today if you notice: Extreme lethargy or disorientation
- •Call 911 now if you notice: Seizure lasting more than 5 minutes or cluster seizures
